My team and I have put together a carefully curated program consisting of 8 pillars of wellness, each taught by experts in their field from around the world. We have regular TLC facilitators this year and some new ones as well. All of the pillars are connected and build upon the previous pillar guiding you along your wellness journey. The program forms a comprehensive and connected wellness experience that I believe can positively and profoundly affect all of your lives.

PILLAR 1 - CONNECT TO MINDSET

New year, new mindset. As we step into 2024, it’s an opportunity to cultivate a fresh mindset that aligns and supports our growth and aspirations when it comes to our personal health and wellness. When we are open to learning and embrace a positive and forward-thinking outlook it can be transformative. The first pillar of 2024 is about learning how to set intentions and goals that emphasize a healthy lifestyle, and maintaining an open mind and learning how to navigate uncertainty with confidence. Let this new mindset be a beacon guiding us towards personal and professional achievements, fostering a sense of fulfillment and well-being throughout the coming year.

PILLAR 2 - CONNECT TO AWARENESS

Awareness is a multifaceted concept that encompasses knowledge, perception and understanding across various domains of life. It plays a crucial role in personal development, effective communication and decision-making. During this pillar you will learn how to cultivate self-awareness that has many benefits such as better leadership skills, better job satisfaction, better communication, more confidence, and being better able to manage and regulate your emotions.

PILLAR 3 - CONNECT TO WELLNESS TRENDS

In pillar 3 we will explore wellness trends. There are a number of things that have gained popularity recently and these trends often emerge in response to advancements in science and technology and the reemergence of ancient knowledge. We will explore some of these together with three facilitators.

PILLAR 4 - CONNECT TO NOURISHMENT

Nourishment refers to the process of providing or receiving the substances necessary for growth, health, and total well-being. It commonly refers to the intake of food and nutrients that sustain and support the body’s functions. Nourishment is essential for the proper functioning of the body, promoting growth, maintaining energy levels, and supporting overall health. We have 2 facilitators guiding us through our nourishment pillar to learn nourishment from the inside out.

PILLAR 5 - CONNECT TO TIME

Time can be perceived in various ways, beyond the ticking of a clock or the pages of a calendar. Rather than viewing it solely as something dictating our schedules, we can see time as a precious resource for nurturing our health and well-being.

Adopting this perspective entails prioritizing self-care and making conscious choices to allocate time for activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Whether it’s carving out moments for exercise, meditation, or quality time with loved ones, integrating these practices into our daily routines can profoundly impact our overall health. Embracing a healthy perspective on time involves recognizing its value not just in productivity, but also in fostering balance, fulfillment and resilience. By prioritizing our health amidst life’s demands, we can cultivate a more sustainable and enriching way of living.

PILLAR 6 - CONNECT TO SAFETY

Safety is intricately linked to wellness and health across physical, emotional, social, and environmental categories. Creating safe environments, ensuring access to essential services, and promoting a sense of security are essential components of fostering overall health and well-being.

PILLAR 7 - CONNECT TO STRENGTH

When we think of strength, we think of things like optimal performance, endurance, prevention, supplementation and recovery. Strength plays a large role in maintaining overall health and wellness by enhancing physical resilience and functional capability.

PILLAR 8 - CONNECT TO CREATIVITY

Engaging in creative activities can significantly benefit your health and wellness on multiple levels. Creativity provides a powerful outlet for expression allowing you to channel your emotions, thoughts and experiences into tangible forms of art, music, writing or other forms of expression. This process not only promotes self-awareness and self-discovery but also serves as a therapeutic tool for managing stress, anxiety and depression.
